Overview

The Blue Hour

The world is collapsing. Human history repeats itself over and over again. Artists are oracles and predict a new world war. The BLUE HOUR is one of the names given to the period preceding a war. Through mythology, mermaids and Cthulhus remind us of the history that humans insist on forgetting. In a dense and mysterious underwater environment, there is a call.
