Saba
In an abstract and symbolic world where gravity is reversed, a unique bond forms between a grandfather and his grandson. As Saba, the grandfather guides the boy through this surreal reality, a violent storm strikes, tearing one of the ropes anchoring their home - and with it, their life together.

DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY - Liron Topaz
Liron Topaz is an award-winning director, supervising animator, and former Animation Department Chair at DreamWorks Animation. Liron fell in love with Animation at a very young age. His professional journey began at Ringling College of Art + Design, where he was selected by the Academy of Motion Pictures as one of only three students in the United States to intern at Sony Pictures Imageworks. After graduating with honors, he joined Sony to work on Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland before becoming a key creative force at DreamWorks Animation. Throughout his career, Liron has contributed to some of DreamWorks' most beloved franchises, including Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon, The Croods, and The Bad Guys. His 2018 short film Bilby premiered at the ANNECY International Animated Film Festival, earned multiple awards, and was shortlisted for an Academy Award. Most recently, he directed the DreamWorks short film Bad Guys: Little Lies and Alibis, which premiered in theaters in January 2025.
