A baby girl stumbles across a box. In it, she discovers a new friend, a teddy bear. Like a dream, we are transported through moments in their relationship, flashes in time, as the girl begins to run, play, and learn about the world. But as she grows older, the time comes to pack away childish things for good...

DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY - Lou Rigoudy
Lou Rigoudy has been animating, designing, and working as a conceptual artist for over a decade on everything from major blockbuster movies to indie-films. Her career has included work as a lead artist for MPC, animating on The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Dolittle, and The Call of the Wild. She holds a double bachelor’s degree in Film Animation and Theatre Design from Concordia University. Lou is a grant recipient of the Canada Council for the Arts and has been selected for the National Film Board of Canada’s Filmmaker Assistance Program. In 2021, Lou decided to take the leap into creating her own projects, launching Studio l’Oierignal with Robert Montcalm and working on their debut short film Nounours.
