Rrugë e Mirë

Nine young naturalists explore outstanding landscapes, joining a ten-year project run by the Universities of Rome and Tirana to detect habitats and biodiversity hotspots for the "Natura 2000" network as one of the goals that might help Albania become a member of the European Union. They gather plants while retracing the steps of previous explorers, travelling far and wide throughout the country and reaching the top of the major mountain systems, resulting in the completion of the "Herbarium Albanicum". The fieldwork turns into an adventure, following the rhythm given by the sound of footsteps and mules' hooves on the ground, constantly looking for the good route, the "Rrugë e Mirë".
