Each guest of an hourly hotel deals with a delicate moment in their life, until their routine is interrupted by the suicide of one of the inhabitants, revealing the fragility of life and its vulnerability.

DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY - Silvia Lorenzi
Silvia Lorenzi came to live in Estonia in 2014 when she started her studies at Baltic Film and Media School. She received her bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Media and graduated as a writer-director. At the end of her studies, Silvia decided to stay in Estonia and has lived there now for over 10 years. Silvis’s experimental film “Epitaph”; (Busan International Short Film Festival 2021) is a perfect example of her ability to push boundaries and offer something new with form and structure. “Epitaph” is currently still making its festival circuit across the world and it was nominated for best short film at the Italian film journalists’ awards Nastro d’Argento in 2024.
