Last winter, my uncle found a film roll. The only film known so far in our family. Oddly enough, the film has nothing to do with a home movie since it has no human presence. The camera floats through empty spaces like a ghost. Faced with this shadowy past, I have decided to explore the images.
DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY - Sophie Leclercq
After a master’s degree in Modern Literature at the Sorbonne University, Sophie Leclercq studied documentary filmmaking in the National Audiovisual Institute (INA) and ENS Paris-Saclay. Room 826 is her first film. She is now working as an assistant director and is currently writing a new short film.
