In a country undergoing an awakening, a middle-aged woman wanders through war-torn Damascus. Just a few weeks after Assad’s fall she is searching for herself as she has lost her memory. When her path crosses Amira’s, the two women may just change each other's lives by providing the answers each is looking for.

DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY - Daood Alabdulaa

Daood Alabdulaa was born in the Syrian desert in 1994 to an indigenous Bedouin family. He later directed plays in Aleppo and had to flee to Germany in 2014 due to his political protest during the civil war in Syria. He now lives and works between Damascus and Munich. Most of his films focus on social issues relating to the Middle East.
