Modern Speed

Music and skateboarding for teenagers are often synonymous with a sense of freedom, but in Modern Speed they also contain a certain affinity with danger and, ultimately, self-destruction. The film takes us on a teenage tour de force of the early 2000s, remembering the intense experience of growing up and the feeling of alienation in one’s own body while seeking nothing but a place to belong.
