Marble & Lemons
During a vacation on the Italian coast, a classy woman and her free-spirited adult daughter are struggling to connect. When the daughter discovers her mother's vulnerability, she takes on a new responsibility. Marble and Lemons is an ode to body changes, femininity, and sorority.

DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY - Anna Katalin Lovrity
Anna Katalin Lovrity was born in 1990 in Budapest, Hungary. She’s an independent animation filmmaker, director, and illustrator. She got her MA in Animation from MOME in 2016, and her graduation film premiered at the Berlinale in 2017. She later participated in Animation Sans Frontières, the European animation production and marketing workshop and also took part at Fontevraud and Openworkshop residencies. Anna is also the co-author of ZINA, a zine by Hungarian female artists, and the founder of Rugs by Annakatalin, a collection of hand-woven designer rugs. Her work blends strong concepts with playful visuals, exploring different techniques and formats to deliver impactful, high-quality storytelling. Her first professional short film, Marble and Lemons, is produced by La Belle Affaire Productions (France), co-produced by CUB Animation (Hungary). She is currently based in Montpellier, France, and she is developing Rosie and Sapphire, an animated series for children.
