Kiddo
The immature and recently divorced Wiktor (40 y. o.) takes on a 'challenge' at work by walking around the office naked. He uses the money to take his 9-year-old daughter on a dream trip. However, his 17-year-old son, Mikołaj, stands in his way.
DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY - Maks Nowicki
Polish director and screenwriter, Maks Nowicki was Born in 1989. He holds a Master of Screenwriting from the Directing Department of the Polish National Film School in Łódź and is a graduate of Directing at the Gdynia Film School. He co-wrote the feature film "New World" (2015), which competed in the Main Competition of the 40th Gdynia Film Festival. The film won 2nd place in the Polish Feature Film Competition at Netia Off Camera 2016, received a Special Award at the Arab and European Film Festival in Luxor, and participated in the Debuts Competition at the 40th Montreal Film Festival. He is the recipient of numerous awards for his screenplays, including the 2nd Script Pro Award (2011), finalist positions in the "Much More Than a Script Competition" at the ÉCU Film Festival (2012, Paris) and the Tender Metropolis Script Contest (2016), and the 2nd Prize in the Zbigniew Herbert Memory Competition (2013). “Kiddo” is his directional debut.
