Grand Finale

Living with his ailing father and younger brother, Toni reluctantly shoulders the role of family head. During his father’s birthday celebration, he grows increasingly frustrated as relatives show little empathy for their struggles. But when his father’s old chainsaw is stolen, a tense confrontation with the thief pushes Toni to his breaking point.

DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY - Luka Galešić

Luka Galešić (Zadar, 1991) holds a master’s in Film and TV Directing from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb and a bachelor’s in Journalism. He received the Rector’s Award for PRAVDA and has spent the past five years working as a screenwriter and assistant director on Croatian films and TV series. After shooting the short film GRAND FINALE (2025), he is currently developing his debut feature, VIKTORIJA. His last work is the short film PATCH (2026), which was selected at the Sarajevo Film Festival.
