SPECIAL PROGRAM

In collaboration with the University of Arts in Tirana and the University of Prishtina, TIFF 2026 presents StudenTIFF, a special programme bringing together 10 short films by emerging student filmmakers from Albania and Kosovo.

From documentary to fiction, the programme offers a glimpse into the ideas, voices, and perspectives shaping a new generation of filmmakers.
