Big Boys Don't Cry
A scorching summer in a small village near Marseille. After a three-year absence, Lucas and his group of friends welcome back their best friend Hicham. This eagerly-awaited return quickly arouses conflicting emotions in the gang, but above all, new hopes in Lucas.

DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY - Arnaud Delmarle
With a Master's degree in Production and Directing from the SATIS department of Aix-Marseille University, Arnaud Delmarle discovered his passion for directing actors through various internships abroad. These experiences fueled his imagination and confirmed his interest in directing. Le Muret is his first short film, which he self-produced for the Nikon Film Festival in 2022. The film was selected as one of the festival's 50 finalists out of 1,605 films in competition and screened at the Grand REX in Paris. Big Boys Don't Cry is his first short film project, produced by Le Grec. The project, co-written with screenwriter Léa Oury, benefited, in addition to support from the GREC, from the "Jeunes Sorties d'École" grant from the CNC, and also received the Grand Prix for Best Screenplay at the Que du Feu Festival (Lyon Emerging Film Festival) in 2022.
